No Requirements ( Just a few symbols ) , You need to try them all to choose the best ones you like

-Whatever console you are playing on ( Go to language then input language and add Those languages to make sure you have everything and ready to add the Symbols/Characters

1-Greek
2-Chinese
3-Japanese

Steps :

-Go to any clothing store then Edit any outfit name and add the symbols

-Make sure once you start to edit , Go to the little 3 bars to change in game keyboard Language

∑ - Rockstar R (XBOX only)

Now for the Ω character you need to set your input language to Greek
For the long ones just put <> over and over
